Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes about 5 to 12 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive 1 to 3 weeks after you order. These are estimates. Customs, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no expedited option and no handling fee.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

If your parcel is subject to import duties or taxes, these are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are shown as included at checkout.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the delivery window above, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, see our Returns and refunds policy and we will make it right at our cost.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us before your order ships and we will update it. We cannot change the address after dispatch.
