Finding their sign
You only need their birth year. If you do not know it, a parent, sibling or old friend usually does, or ask casually which year they were born. Then use our Find your sign page. Remember that anyone born in January or early February may belong to the previous year's animal.
Choosing a chain length
Every pendant comes with a chain, in three lengths. As a rough guide, 18 in (45 cm) sits at the collarbone, 20 in (50 cm) falls just below it, and 22 in (55 cm) hangs lower on the chest. If you are unsure, 20 in is the safe middle choice.

Good to know
Colour, pattern and translucency vary from stone to stone, so no two pendants look exactly alike. Returns are accepted within 90 days if it is not right.
