How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, then take about 5 to 12 business days to arrive, so most orders arrive 1 to 3 weeks after you order. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any piece within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, and you pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it. See our returns and refunds policy for the full details.

How does the pair offer work?

Add any two eligible pieces to your cart. The lower-priced piece is 50% off, applied automatically at checkout.

Which chain length should I choose?

Every pendant comes with a chain, in 18, 20 or 22 inches (45, 50 or 55 cm). 18 inches sits at the collarbone, 20 inches just below it, and 22 inches sits lower on the chest.

How do I find the right sign?

Use the birth year. Our sign guide lists the years for each animal. If the birthday is in January or February, check the Lunar New Year date for that year.
